Excel at aligning core business, sales, revenue, budget administration, partner/brand/promotions marketing, and growth goals to enhance ROI. Experienced in building strong relationships with shareholders and attracting capital from Private Equity and Venture Capital. across business lines. A strong and pragmatic leader.

Personal Information

Being born in 1975 I now am at a very interesting phase in my career! I am bursting with energy, the proud father of 2 children and I try to take life by its horns. I live together with my partner and children in Zeist. We love to travel and we like spending time as a family in our house.

In my spare time I do a lot of sports. Mountain biking, gym, squash etc. BUT: Sunday is the RUGBY day! 

I still play with my buddies for USRS in Utrecht. A great team of semi veterans who take on anybody who dears to enter our competition.

Professionally I started my career as a (sports) Physical Therapist. But soon after I started working in a private practice in combination with the Dutch Rugby Union I also discovered my affinity with the commercial side of life.

Not long after that moment I started working as a Sales representative at Zimmer.

After a great few years I switched to Johnson & Johnson. During my period there I grew into the position of people manager. I did this soon after I graduated from my Executive MBA at Nyenrode Business University.

The journey continued in many small, medium and big sized companies active in the Med-tech field.
