Now, in 2020, companies are facing more and more complexity is selling their products to their "customers"! Even the concept of customer now a day is different than a few years ago. There where demand generation was considered selling, now we need to influence a full ecosystem ofd stakeholders in order to validate the value presented.
During my years in Med-Tech I have learned how to create these value propositions for all stakeholders in these ecosystems. Defining your true value for every individual stakeholder and honestly displaying what you can influence.
It's a great journey for the eager sales person to see and learn how to systemically add value or walk away. If companies have the actual desire to contribute to the agenda, KPI's or objectives of their customers they take a seat on their chair and actively seek if, how and where their product can influence their objectives.
It is my objective to bring commercial organizations to a place where self knowledge combined with the result of thorough research on the individual landscape in which the customer operates, results in a proposition that has deeper understanding and is long lasting.
Organic qualitative development for both parties should be the ideal outcome. Or, at least, a spot on offering of the product or service. This leading to quantitative growth for the supplier
